Golf Cart Review: DACH Falcon 2+2 Golf Cart - Solar Power, Lithium Performance & Next-Generation Design

In this Golf Cart Review we'll explore how the DACH Falcon 2+2 Is Changing the Golf Cart Market

There’s a noticeable shift happening across Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada—buyers are moving away from traditional Golf Carts and toward something more advanced, more efficient, and more practical for daily driving.

The DACH Falcon 2+2 sits right at the center of that shift.

This is not a “weekend cruiser” Golf Cart. It’s a purpose-built neighborhood electric vehicle designed with modern expectations in mind—longer range, less maintenance, smarter energy use, and a driving experience that feels closer to a small EV than a traditional cart.

At Bright EV, the Falcon is quickly becoming one of the most talked-about new models for exactly that reason.

DACH Falcon Ultra 2+2

DACH Falcon Ultra 2+2: What immediately sets it apart is its solar-integrated roof, which actively contributes to extending range—something that matters in sun-heavy markets like Phoenix, Scottsdale, Las Vegas, and Southern California.

About DACH Vehicles: A New Approach to Golf Cart Engineering

DACH Vehicles represents a new generation of Golf Cart manufacturers—companies that are no longer building off legacy designs.

Instead of traditional bolt-on frames, DACH uses a monocoque chassis, integrating the body and frame into a single structure. This results in:

  • Improved rigidity
  • Better handling
  • Reduced overall weight
  • A more refined driving feel

Combined with lithium battery systems, modern electronics, and solar integration, DACH is building Golf Carts that align with how people actually use them today—daily transportation, not occasional recreation.

LSV Requirements

NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) issued a mandate that requires hybrids and electric vehicles travelling at less than 18.6 mph (30 km/h) to emit warning sounds that pedestrians must be able to hear over background noises- The regulation requires full compliance in all electric vehicles, including LSVs. Because of the quietness of electric vehicles and the possibility of collision with visually or audibly impaired pedestrians, the overall objective is to facilitate proximity awareness and minimize the chance of personal injury. In summary, an LSV (legally licensed to drive on streets up to 25 mph> must emit a sound when the forward or reverse switch is in the:

Forward position:

  • From 0 MPH to 18.6 mph.The sound is allowed to stop once the vehicle exceeds 18.6 mph.

Reverse position:
In order to comply with NHTSA rules, all LSV vehicles have a Pedestrian Alert sound generator installed.
